This is my 3DMJ prep coach Alberto. Natural pro that has won a Pro card in both the WNBF and the IFPA. His theory and outlook is one reason I am able to stick with it and get ripped to shreds.

Never cut to bodybuilding level, cut the 3 times I've cut 40+ pounds I've always saved at least 10% of my calories for whatever. Some days more.
