I benched wrong
Thanks to a thread where Bend the Bar exhibited a video on proper benching i believe i've found the solution to my problem.I was about to raise question as to why my rotator cups seemed to collapse whenever i'd go 315 and up. My form was deplorable elbows flared and all.5x5's with 275 left my front delts sore for days more so than my chest.My partner a former power lifter would often say i should be benching more because of my thickness and lat spread.To make a long story short i believe i've found the problem terrible form can't wait to put it to a test on Tuesday.Thanks all you guys with wealth of knowledge i may not speak but i'm like a sponge absorbing everything.
