This is a very taxing time and it sounds like he is a very strong individual. If he can focus his energy in the right places he will go far.

Larry's mom wanted to see him on stage, so he is back in the saddle today.

B/W down to 201.

His lifts keep going up eather by weight or by reps, but they are going up.

Rests and brake time veried. Here is a sample of Larry's day today. Larry's rest pause in only 4 deep breaths between sets. After set 10 took a serving of K-Otic. Previous PR a few weeks ago was 220 on 9-30-2011.

Today Larry is down to 197 lbs. He had a re-feed on Sunday and was up to 204 Monday morning.

Total weight loss 23 lbs. since we started.

Sweet we are still on track. Larry is down to 192 this morning.
Gaining strength but as his reserves (fat) drops we will have to adjust for it.

1 adjustment I made was increasing his veggie intake (1 cup green Beans) to at every meal and he was getting 2-3 gallons of water a day. (flushing out electro lights) I dropped him to 1 gallon a day threw sipping not chugging.
I didn't realize he was taking in so much water.

NOTE for people: Your stomach is a muscle and needs fuel to digest food. Take in fibrous foods to work the stomach (burn cals).

You take in all shakes and non fibrous foods the stomach don't need to work as hard and its like riding a bike down hill. Ya you need to steer and balance but you don't need to peddle.

Veggies your stomach burns almost as many carbs to digest them as whats in them. Couple them with other food/proteins and heal the body while burning energy. Protein is also a thermogenic to a point if done right.
