Thanks guys! I actually ended up doing some curls today at the very end of a hard session, so I agree Ab. I've found myself doing them more lately, as a response to the massive amount of triceps work I'm doing in my Army PT. I prefer to train for performance, but that doesn't mean I want my bis to get left behind!

FWIW - Whenever I neglect direct arm training for too long I end up with a bicep injury.
I think it's something the over 40 crowd might want to consider.
