Although you have to push hard all the time, you dont have to max out every session.

I read something the other day written by somebody else, so I can't take credit for it...

Approach your lifts with a quiet consentration every session. Save the high intensity anger for the days you want to set PRs. This way you leave a little in the tank and don't burn out.

I thought it was brilliant.
