If you're working on your technique do so with light weights. No one ever managed to learn to tuck their elbows on bench with 4plates on either side of the bar.

my tips,

- leave your ego at the door , focus on yourself while in the gym. the only person you have to beat is the guy in the mirror.

- no matter how big you get or heavy you lift always be considerate of others. there is no excuse for not bringing your manners to the gym.
