Sho' nuf. Put like 3 inches on my waist in a month. Couldn't have been the 400g of carbs from rice and refined grain. Definitely the side bends.

Reminds me of the "no more than 150 grams of protein or you'll die" advice often given to 6'3" 140 pound teens who need to eat 4500 calories to gain.

Let's see, that works out to about 750 grams of carbs per day IF they eat 20% of their calories from fat.
