Seems everyone is in this thread so I am going to hijack it for a minute. This serious question is serious, I recently started taking a multi-vitamin (dollar store brand) and doing a fullbody one set one rep workout 7 days a week. I'm just getting huge as fawk!! Everyone keps asking me what I'm taking and accussing me of shooting roids! This happen to anyone else?

i know that routine. I use it but put my own twist on it, i do one set of one partial rep. really shocks the muscles into growth, especially the quarter squats I've been doing
