I did feel like I lost a little explosion. I play a little pick-up basketball in the winter and eventhough my cardio was a shit ton better, it seemed like I wasn't as quick and couldn't jump as high. So, from an athletic standpoint, I'd say it hurt a little bit there.

However, the added 10lb. of mass REALLY helped my numbers in the gym. I finished that back in march at 185 and 12% (almost 13%) bodyfat. I've been able to maintain at 180 and about 10% BF. All of my max effort lifts have shot through the roof.

I'm doing my first ever powerlifting meet this weekend (RAW) and will exceed a 1,000lb. total.

It is. Like I just said, I'm 'bout 180 and 10% bf. My goal for one year from now is to be 180 and as jacked as a bodybuilder, but as strong as a powerlifter.

i started a new program last night.. and it had me do 10 sets of 10 reps for shoulder presses and standing calf raises.... THE PAIN!!!!!

I wonder how MR. Triceps will treat you today. My triceps always take the biggest beating with volume work.
