Lightbulb

ahhh heavy day my nemisis/true love

3 sets by 5 reps for all exercises

overhead press DB 27.5 kg
Deadlift 70kg
Squat 85 kg (heaviest i have ever squatted for 1 rep let alone 5)!!!
bench 80 kg (personal best)
wide grip chins
curlz DB 17.5 kg
obliques

There is something odd about the progression of workouts, every time i get to the gym i ready for the upcoming workout. heavy day i am ready to go heavy, light day i am keen to ensure i get to that 15 rep mark etc

its odd but TRUE, when you change your mental attitude your reesults change. I am loving my focus at the moment, when i get to the gym its like tunnel vision nothing registers but that upcoming set.

i hope everyone elses training is going well!

cheers
