Yeah I agree, I tend not to drink nearly as much in the offseason, which may seem odd to some, but I also get to eat in the offseason lol. During long preps diet sodas really help with cravings and keeping some kind of sanity between meals.

But I am slowly weeding it out, 4 weeks out from my warm-up show this prep so consumption has gone down quite a bit already gunna just taper it down haha. Bump up the water intake a bit and stomp chugging it to get rid of hunger pangs.
