What you mention here is what I do. I flip flop rotation. Reason being. Last exercise your whipped and not at 100% effort for lifts so your not hitting the muscle with 100% effectiveness, so next work out or so bring your last to first in rotation for 100% effort in that lift.

Guess I thought everyone did this. To me it only makes sense.
"Flip Flop Rotation" I pretty much follow this set-up as well, I'll list the workout the same each time for ease but the exercises are done in whatever order I feel like on the day, within reason.

Sometimes, I'll also do back to back tris/bi, one set of each (jump sets??) within the flip flop rotation as well...so there's quite a bit of variety going on each workout whilst still utilising the same exercises.
