this routine, questions?
I did want to do 5/3/1 but i will never be able to train 4 days a week at full efficiency, working 60+ hour weeks, so here is is (THANKS BTB), I am gonna post the routine and im looking for maybe any small assistance, thanks btb, i may also be able to make it 3 days a week if i see fit later, Thanks for the input guys.
