Chest day doesnt look too much to me Ab's. As long as you are keeping the dumbbells close to the body and only coming up so upper arms are parallel to the floor then the medial delt will be doing most of the work. Your hitting the front delt with all the pressing and rear delt on back day. Looks good to go from that aspect buddy
