srs question abotu how to use muscletec mass tec and naNO vapur. also want to use hydrozy slim for cuts. how much proteins per day???!! and cardio???!!

first, you need to stop thinking so much. you shouldnt be using any supps until you get your foundation together. Focus on getting your meals right and getting some basics down with traing. they are called "supplements" because they are supplemental, dont believe the hype from the companies that make them. they are not NECESSARY, but after you learn what you are doing they can help you hit your goals.
