King Charles uses that type of routine on guys like Milos Sarcev not rank beginners that haven't built a base first.

I think it's clear what people think here. And I agree with them.

You should start with a much more simple full-body routine, 2-3 days a week. Build a strong foundation, then you can worry about arm size. If you lift so heavy on arms and neglect other, and more important muscles, you will look stupid, physically speaking.

What do I think, OP? I think it's crap.

Even if I was juiced up to the gills, I wouldn't do that routine. That's how ridiculous it is.
