On paper it looks solid. A couple questions:

--What form of progression are you using for squats - are they straight sets or will you be using something more like Bill Starr/Madcow?
--Are Chin Ups palm toward you, or are they pull ups with palms away?

straight sets for squats with 2 warm ups and 3 at 100%.When I can perform 3sets of five at X amount of weight I will add more weight to the bar

will use chin ups with palms towards me

just on the squats my borther had a FB workout a few years ago were he would bench press 5x5 at the start of every workout. His bench press sky rocketed but eventualry slowed down .Thats what I want to happen with my squats , as soon as the gains slow I will change to a diffrent workout

5 sets of squats and 5 sets of deads in the same routine is going to be rough. Im not saying its not doable, but its going to be rough.

There are many programs similar to this, like Starting Strength and Starr/Madcow. Whatever you do, listen to your body, and if 3x a week with heavy weight gets too much, consider cycling them just slightly ala Madcow/Starr. As long as you listen to your body you will be fine.

You know i was a fan of power cleans till i started getting help from my friend he dan and he said , if your
gonna clean it why not just press it? And to be honest, p.cleans just never did anything for me
but they may work for you

They work your whole body and especially all the posterior chain.

Here's how I would do this. In no particular order.

A:

Front squat 5x5
Deadlift 5x5
Press 5x5
Chins 5x5
Bench press or Dips 5x5
Rows: 5x5

B:

Squats 5x5
Cleans 5x5
DB Press 5x5
Pull up 5x5
Incline bench press 5x5
DB rows 5x5

A/B/A
B/A/B
