First time you guys heard of the Shakeweight? It's been around for a few months.. It was quickly relegated to the $10 discount shelf in most stores..

I can't possibly ever see anyone actually standing in place jerking off a spring loaded sliding weight, that looks like a dumbell.

The only thing you get from a shake weight, is a headache!

Trying to make it move in one plane only when doing the shoulder exercise is a nightmare; the only movement that is easy enough to make the weight glide smoothly, is the one they forever show at the front of the body...maybe they chose that exercise for that reason and they know the rest are problematical for people to perform.
