I will explain to you why you never need to squat again. In fact, my approach isn't reliant on back-breaking barbell and dumbbell exercises.

^ I agree Bam.

Mr. Peters has been on the forum for a while now, and as long as he doesn't break the rules I am allowing him to enlighten us, so to speak.

Telling everyone that isn't the same as telling them, in fact you're telling us nothing because you want to sell the information to us

Sounds like you should be on a site devoted to health NOT bodybuilding and power lifting.

If you are a great GURU how come theres no info on the web about you or your workouts/book? Just asking.
