lifting and training=marathon, not a sprint....be patient. takes lot of time to get to a high level....just keep working hard, be smart, speak to those who are experienced, observe, and learn. Do that and great things wil come!

Very good advice posted by all here. Listen to them and learn. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but it is all true never the less. Right now your body is producing boatloads of testosterone. Now's the time to take advantage of it. You don't need any help other than hard training, big eating, and lots of sleep.

I will add one thing though. Just to keep things in perspective for you. You're 16 now. This is the PERFECT time to start. Some top pros (Olympia contenders, juiced, natural, etc.) don't hit their stride until their 30's. This is gonna take some dedication, but it will be well worth it.

Welcome to the forum. Good luck!

A lot of great advice in here already. I am a natural and plan to stay that way but all of the people I know who do juice would tell you to get as close to your natural potential as possible before even thinking about getting on the gear. You need to take the time to learn about proper training and nutrition and to learn what works for you and what doesn't.

If you stick around here and commit to training, you will go a long way.

Thank you. I want to commit.

Should I use the workouts from the men that take steroids on the other forum or does it not matter?

No, do not use routines devised or promoted by steroid users. A natural trainer cannot train as many days per week as a steroid user, because the natural body requires rest for muscle resysnthesis (growth).

I suggest you pick a routine from here.

They are all correct. If you want six-packs become a marathon runner. Actually you need not worry about getting fat if your diet and training regimen is properly planned and executed. All the best.
