True stuff, but I keep a little bit of tension in my pullups. Going down to the dead-hang position can wreak havoc on the shoulder girdle. You definitely need that upward scapular rotation, but I've seen a few people mess up their cuffs by completely relaxing at the bottom, haha.

What???? You cant dip or pull up??? Your Pressing power and Pulling power would shoot though the roof if you started adding and doing those., 3 Clean pull ups are better then not doing them
