I Have Been Slacking
I have been slacking off this week. Hurt/strained my collarbone somehow ion a 405 set of shrugs, so I have been resting up a bit.

I thought you had been quiet training wise, hope it gets better quick. just use this as an envorced deload :)

I have been doing some pretty brutal workouts on the road, so a little rest probably won't hurt.
