I am DEFINITELY down with this!!! Shrugged 6 plates for rep's last week, wanna get up to sets of 10 at that. I WILL have trap's to dwarf my head :mh:

Traps are like horns for me. If I see someone walking my way with big traps, I usually make way for the bull so I don't get trampled.

1. BB Shrugs
2. DB shrugs (walking the rack, breathing)
3. High Pulls
4. Clean Pulls
5. Olympic rack shrugs (those are great!)
6. Knee and thigh lift
7. Rows
8. Deadlifts
9. OH Presses
