Seems sensible, it will be a good build up over a few weeks. I would say you could even go 4 weeks then drop back, but obviously the 3 weeks fits better in to the 'month'. I think someone like you could continue to progress with just 1 week backwards every 5, especially as you are training 3 times per week and rotating on an A/B split. it wont be as taxing per 'body part' as it is 3 workouts per fortnight.. 4 weeks would give each of the A and B 6 workouts each before the deload, rather then 5 and 4 workouts respectively. if you just rotated the workouts constantly then the A workouts would get 5 session and only one 'deload' session and the B's would get 4 and 2 deload sessions, which could be a bit uneven, i doublt it wold be a problem though. You could even step back for 2 weeks so that everything got worked equally...

Just a thought

Carl.

I actually messed this up and listed weeks instead of workouts.

Squats

Workout 1 - 275 working weight
Workout 2 - 280 working weight
Workout 3 - 285 working weight
Workout 4 - 265 working weight

Workout 5 - 285 working weight
Workout 6 - 290 working weight
Workout 7 - 295 working weight
Workout 8 - 275 working weight

Workout 9 - 295 working weight
Workout 10 - 300 working weight
Workout 11 - 305 working weight
Workout 12 - 285 working weight

Since there are 6 squat workouts in a month, in 2 months I get 3 deloads...or regressions...if that makes sense.

I am liking what I am seeing. After finishing up the challenge in a week or so, I am considering how to move forward. Much food for thought going on in here. I have been thinking through a fullbody approach to a push/pull/legs format. Your A/B makes perfect sense and has much to be considered.
