can i add more sets to arms and less sets on legs please. I want big guns and my legs are big enough already cos I run for Cardio ??

This is related to the answer I posted above. 90% of people I field questions from frame workouts about abs and cardio, and anything else is seem as unneeded and replaceable.

Is it ok if I just do leg extensions, leg press, and leg curls for leg day? I hear squatting in bad for your knees and I just want to tone up and not get huge.
