Default Time for a change

Time for a change. My 12 weeks are in the books, but more than that, I am hitting the road and my training needs to be a but more flexible for the next month.

I might do an AB split for a while. Still thinking about this.

You know, I knew when I saw the new response that one of you was going to post that link.



My muscles are confused!

I am going to be doing splits with other lifters, so for the record this change is more to survive...I am not looking forward to bombing a muscle group with 17 exercises.
