You certainly could cut depending on your goals. Again, cutting is goal dependent. if maximum mass is the goal, I do not advocate cutting unless you are competing or have a special event coming up. Or if you are very over weight.

You are correct. Reg had a LBM around 202-205. He was 6'1".

Well I hope you understand that my only goal is to provide folks with reasonable natural goals, and reasonable snapshots into what their composition is like.

Most of us underestimate our bodyfat percentage.

Your LBM is probably around 165-170, give or take. Could be a hair lower.

LBM is weight minus all fat. It's what's left if you had zero percent bodyfat.
