Default Frankie NY Training Webpage

Hi all,

there are not too much webpages out there where one can find valuable information on how to successfully train as a natural BB.

Casey Butt Weightrainer.net pages are one of the best sources if it comes to natural BB.

As you might know from the muscletalk forums, I like the Frankie NY Training advices very much as well, as they have also helped me a lot in my BB carreer. Frankie NY is a Forum Participant of the muscletalk.co.uk forums. He has several decades of experience in training a lot of natural Bodybuilders, powerlifters and Football players and has shared his experience in the posts.

I have summarized Frankie NY posts in one blog to have an additional source of BB.

Please let me know your comments and critiques. Also I would be glad, if you could post more natural BB webpages that are valuable.

The Link is:

5x5workout.de.vu

or

5x5workout.net

Thanks and Best Regards
Angel
