Strong curling.

Almost a pinwheel curl. Have you ever tried lifting them towards your chest? Give it a try sometime. It's an interesting variation.

No, I have not tried pinwheels.
I hammer curl, avoiding the twist at the top (along with bringing it across my body a la concentration curls etc), as this provokes my elbow injury.

I will look into these 'pinwheels'.

And I'm still waiting for someone to conclusively tell me what I'm doing is wrong... I posted this vid coz I was uncertain about the legitimacy of 'explosive' movements of this nature versus just throwing around BW to offset the weight being moved...
This was intended to help me better understand what constitutes a legitimate movement. I don't want to piss anyone off. But I don't want to be humoured either.
