What do you eat pre workout?
 
I saw everyone talking about NO Xplode and pre workout meals, and want to ask what you eat before your workout, and how soon before your workout do you eat?

Generally when I'm not cutting I eat a banana and a scoop of protein powder in water 1 hour prior to working out.

It's always oatmeal about an hour before workout for me. Unless I'm on the Warrior Diet.

2 scoops of protein powder in a shaker with water.

Protein Shake an hour before, nothing solid within 2 hour of working out(your body's systems compete for energy usage). We want all energy to go toward the workout, not digesting food. Have something with caffiene within 30 minutes also.

I sip 1/3 diet mountain dew with 2/3rd water before and during workout. Not sure if this is good, but it works for me :)

Hand full of almonds about an hour or half an hour before along with BCAA's and 1600mg's of Beta Alanine and 1600mg's Beta Alanine after workout along with a 60gm protein shake with BCAA's again. Oh and someties a low-carb Monster:D

I have a memory like an insect when it comes to drinks. But for food...I never forget food.
