I wan to learn more about carbs, to slowly lose fat gained during my bulk used to up my lbm. Whats the best ways to manipulate carbs, such as carb cycling and such

Based on your latest pics, I'd say you have no need to be wondering about this at all.
Wait till you've actually bulked up, then - if you DO have something to cut, ask the question.

IMO the cut/bulk cycle is hokum foisted on newbs to sell more pre-, intra-, and post-workout products.

Ab i know you wasnt here bro but i bulked from 150 pounds to 186 pounds in a matter of maybe 4 months bro gained some new muscle and definetly some new fat, im just trying to learn right now basically gonna set everything up and start in a few months

By your new Pics you are not near the point of weiring about cutting fat by no means. Just stop eating crappy carbs, honest effort work outs and you will be fine. :rockon:

You must be 7' tall to way 186? OR you have one heck of a beer gut your hiding.

Sorry coop but my training partner is 3x as big as you and is 5'10" and only ways 168. I was only 168 at my high point of bulk. You saying you are as big as I was? If this is the case your only lifting 50% of your potential.

Some numbers just don't jive here. :confused::confused::confused::confused:

I agree Coop, You're not quite there yet. Don't stress too much about the fat gains that occur, it happens during bulks. Just clean up your bulk from here on and minimize your fat gains from here and focus on lean muscle gains, there is much to still be had, be patient man.

Sorry rich but no, im 5'10 183 pounds ecact just got on the scale, do i need to take a pic of the scale, and not a beer gut if u check progress pics that i posted further back in my log thats with stomach all the way out no beer gut, thanks guys for the replies

Some more thorough pics would help. Coz I don't entirely believe you.

When I was 19 I started training and weighed 72-73 kgs (161 lbs tops). After about 8 months (double your estimated time period) I tipped the scales at 85 kgs (187 lbs). And I was pretty well developed, not to blow myself too much...

Also, I was then, as I am now, 6 foot 3 inches tall.

So, your stats at 5 foot 10 inches? Sorry, but I have to call bullshit.
Of course you could whip out a current pic and prove me wrong...

Look now i didnt start no shit but if your gonna accuse me of lying you cant gtfo of my thread, because i had adhd taking adhd medicine kills the appetite i got off of it and with training at the same time i ate 7000-10000 calories everyday and was able to gain that much, im not positive but i think btb can attest to this cause i posted it here awhile back, me and you have always been cool ab but im not gonna let you make me look like a lier when ive been here this long showing my pics off im no fake and wont be treated like one
