What's hard for me to process is the combination of your weight and your leanness. It doesn't add up in my brain. This is not meant to imply that you are lying. But looking at simple numbers it was hard to logically comprehend.

You appear to be about 12-15% bodyfat in the pics which indicates a base 160 to 165 lean body mass. This is semi-large, by natural standards, and usually indicates a 16 inch arm at that bodyfat percentage, and noticeably muscular thighs.



Now I am not saying you are devoid of any muscle. You just don't look 160 to 165 LBM. This is not a criticism or a dig, or a claim you are lying. It's just confusing.

In this picture I weighed low-mid 160's:



In this picture, I weighed low to mid 170's, and I have some very visible muscularity and about the same bodyfat percentage as you:



So personally, when I see someone 5'10", 188 with 12-15% bodyfat, I expect them to look noticeably muscular, and bigger than I looked in that above pic. And I think many others do as well.

There may be several issues at play here that we need to piece together:

A) You are taller than you think...maybe 6'0"?
B) You are large boned and it's harder to gauge because we are not standing next to you.
C) You are carrying more fat than you look like you are carrying.
D) You are weighing yourself after eating 7000 calories and holding 10 pounds of digestive waste, etc, from all that food, and from holding water from all the carbs.
E) Your scales aren't calibrated. Even 5 pounds off makes a big difference.

I think any combination of the above could contribute to a big difference in how your weight is perceived. If for example you're really 6'0", large boned, weighing yourself late in the day, have a FUBARed scakle, and have a higher bodyfat than we image, or a combination of these...well then, your weight begins to make more sense.

You have a deceptive physique Coop, that's all. I'm not calling you a liar. I just can't figure it out.
