there are 46g sugary carbs in mountain dew should i start laying off these, im down to 2 a day once drank 5 a day

Carbohydrates:

* Sweet potatoes.
* Oat meal, oat bran, oat bran cereal (i.e. cheerios).
* Bran cereal.
* Brown rice.
* Wheat bread (try to limit to 2 slices per day).
* Beans.
* Low fat popcorn (low fat butter spray makes this a delicacy).
* Fruits (limit to 2-3 servings per day).
* Malto dextrin (during workout).

depends on the meal?

anything not processed for main meals (nothing from a box lol )

Fig bar's are very high in carbs but great if eated as last food or for post work out.

Pop tarts 1 rapper (2 tarts are 70+ carbs) = post work out with pro shake.

Soda is bad in more than one way for BBers. Fat gains is only one bad side effect.
