Any chance i can superset squats with 3 sets of bb pullovers just wonderin wont post them in my log either way i just like them for getting the breathing going

Just use a 25lb DB, or grab a 25lb plate and do the pullovers. No need to use a complete BB.

I do pullovers between my squat sets. I have a couple of 25lb plates that have large open handle areas on them, they work great.

You do not need to use a lot of weight with this move. 25-30lbs is plenty.

Really liking the shoulder work on this routine, cant wait to up it in a few months, and i know it sounds crazy but i wish i could dl 2 days a week im really lovin this routine

Pay particular attention to the notes after the sessions. Start doing the math, and think about how hard it will be to do all the work when your squatting 250+ 3x a week.
