I love the sport, just like I love other sports. They all have drugs. I can't change that. I wish I could. But at the end of the day the inner boy inside me still admires the hard work of the athletes. That's what inspires me.
word..tom platz is awesome. i watched the video of arnold coming back to the 1980 olympia and platz was in it. just the mentality and his thinking is awesome

I also said this in the other thread... Successful pro athletes juice.

Testing is a show for us to feel that sports are still "pure." They keep the tests lmited to last years drugs, and the guys who get caught are simply the guys who don't stay ahead of the tests, or they're chosen to be cut and management needs a reason to fire them.

I want to emphasise that in saying "they put out what sells" I am not criticising BtB or others. To achieve anything in any field you have to compromise sometimes.

I'm reminded of the film The Big Night, about a couple of Italian migrants to the US who opened a restaurant. The chef wouldn't compromise, this is the way you do Italian food, you no like, you go! So the restaurant was dead. Up the road was another guy, he compromised, he gave them steak and fries if they wanted them. He said, "First, give them what they want - then when they're yours, you give them what you want."

The first restaurant closed amid tears, the second did smashingly well. The first guy never got to serve his perfect Italian food, the second guy served a lot of crap but got to serve some perfect Italian food as well.

Refusal to compromise and acknowledge what the market wants leads to failure. Completely submitting to the market leads to dreadful things like McDs. A bit of compromise to get them in and then slowly change their minds leads to success, and perhaps the market changes a bit.

I would use the same kind of pictures for banner ads, were I running this site. First, give them what they want, once you have them in, give them what you want.

Sorry to bust every ones buble. Looking at his legs theres NO way is is under 7% Bodyfat. IF he did a pinch test it may have came up 4%. BUT pinch test always comes out a low reading.

At 4% his legs should be shreaded.

Here is 4% legs. Not mine but I know the guy and how he tests B/F levels. Now tell me post 1 is 4% lol.

His exact bodyfat doesn't make much difference to whether he's natural. Again, at his height his maximum lean mass is about 79kg. He claims a comp weight of 100kg.

If 5%, he has 95kg lean mass. If 7%, 93kg. Even at ordinary healthy bodyfat of 15% - which he's certainly lower than - it's still 85kg lean mass. So either he's greatly pumping up his comp weight, or he's very likely not natural.

He is speaking out of his butt all the way around.

He is a motivational speaker so I think he is making himself look good.

I would believe he is 7%.

When I first met the man, he was not a motivational speaker. Just a straight up, helpful guy looking to start his life afresh in Australia.
