Yeah I was referring to the bros that miss workouts each week. If you're getting results I really don't care if you train once a week.

What really pisses me off are the guys that beg you for a workout plan and then continually miss workouts with the lamest ass excuses possible.

I heard this excuse from a bro at the gym who asked for my help last week:

You need to pull a Mr. Miyagi and have them bring you coffee every morning for 2 weeks before you give them advice. If they fail to achieve the mission, hand them a Weider mag and wish them good luck.
