I have a digital food scale.
  1. I used a measuring cup for fluid measurement. Filled to 8 fluid oz's.
  2. Then placed my mixing shake container on scale.
  3. Hit "Tare" to zero out.
  4. Then pored the milk into my mixer.
Total 9 weight oz's. I did this test so I wouldn't have to dirty a fluid measuring cup all the time.

Just like 15 ml's (fluid 1 TBSP) for each of these sups are different.
Weight for each:
Cell Rush = 15g
LBA = 19g
LG5 = 18g

But yet they are all a fluid 15 ml's. Yes I am anal and convert everything to g's and weight it out for consistency.

Default UPDATE

I have to add my results are with "skim milk" whole milk will probably be even more do to the fat content.

I do skim so I can pick were I get my fats from like Almonds, eggs, turkey and other places. Skim leave me more flexible in fulling my macro's with out going over.

I have to admit that I too saw the title of the thread and was intrigued. Still, this is good info Rich. Its a bit of a head scratcher, but still nice to know.
