Default home gym(dips, squats, BB calf raises)

Okay guys i guess there were no need for a new thread but this one is about substitution, what can i use to do dips, i know for squat and calf raise i can clean as much as i can up and over my head onto my back (until i get a squat rack also), But i dont want to stop my dips so suggestions

It's kinda hard to say without knowing what you have to work with.

A couple of sturdy chairs can work for some of it.

One of my favorite pieces of equipment is my lat tower. For less than 90bucks it has chin bar, dip handles, supported leg raise. It is a real simple stand, but I absoulutely would miss not having it. In fact it was the first piece I purchased instead of a bench.

I agree. A tower with high and low pulley's are very versatile and you can do so much with them.

Here is my homemade temporary dip station, a non folding walker. Most of them are rated for 350 lbs. Unless you weigh near that and are holding 100lbs on your dip belt, it should suffice. I am working on getting a pvc station, like one seen in video, made. I am trying to come up with a design that includes a V-handle type setup. If you find a Squat rack, you can set the safety bars at about waist high and place two bars across them and create your own dipping area.
