I agree regarding the front delts, theyre worked good on the bench press and close grip bench. I like doing overhead pressing after benching some times, gives me a much better feeling than when smashing it on a "shoulder-day", weight might be suffering though.
I had problems brininging my shoulders up, and what turned out to be the solution was push presses, (BHN and front), and seated/standing strict DB presses.
I dont oh press and do direct trap work on the same day.
Rear delts are worked good on the rows and other heavy pulling, somethimes i throw in a couple o sets of rear delt raises (like in todays workout) but not very often.
