This peanut butter cookie recipe is prepared by Tammy Knapp, wife of natural bodybuilder Rich Knapp. Rich uses these cookies as a sweet and healthy snack while cutting for bodybuilding contests. They can be eaten without guilt, and are also a great choice when bulking or muscle building.

Hmm, sounds yummy. I bet they'd taste even better with whole eggs and a scoop of chocolate whey powder.

Choc and PB sounds good. Not sure what kind of protein Rich uses.

Tammy uses NF Pro ( chocolate whey protein) , whole eggs would throw the fat % way out of the ratio range. She makes these as a treate during my cutting. I can eat up to 3-4 of them a day and still stay in my fat and carb macro's.
The way Tammy makes them they taste close to a Reeses Peanut butter cup.

****Macro's listed will very by the pro powder you use. *******

Those of us going for strength instead of physique have the luxury of disregarding fat content :chow:, but for BBers I can understand that. I wonder if these could be made paleo, almond butter could replace the PB but I have no idea what could replace the oats:confused:
