Full body is my 2nd routine, and a close 2nd that is. I do prefer a split, but I like to switch it up.


And I say for a beginner, fullbody is perfect as it will build a good solid base. This stuff takes time.. If you eat right and avoid overtraining, you'll be fine, IMO.

How much rest time did you take between sets?
It didn't feel hard at all on my biceps. The workout took forever, I don't know 2 hours. I didn't watch the clock or anything.

It becomes effective when you start working smarter, not more. Overexertion especially when new, does more damage than good.

I was in the gym one day and seen this guy he had done atleast 10 sets of curls nothin else, he sat a barbell with a 25 on each side on the floor only 95 pounds, went to curl halfway through he dropped it in sheer pain i never knew what happened but i think he tore something in his arm
