why are your lat pull downs close grip, i love how they feel when i do them thewidest grip possible

The shoulder is a very complex joint. The closegrips offer something different than the widegrip version. Both are good movements, but I would do close grip, and wide grip chins instead.

Because, I told you too, thats why! Sorry, I was talking too my kids a minute ago, and still had my Dad hat on.

Here is a real basic answer to your question. More is not better, and you grow when your resting. Keep it simple, work HARD when you do lift, eat good food, and sleep.

Do what I told you, and you will grow.
