Default Recovery techniques/your routines

What do you guys training splits look like?

What are your recovery Techniques?

My Answers:
Mon-Squat,
Tues.-Bench press,
Wed.- off day,
Thurs-Deadlift,
Fri-SOHP

Recovery- Hot shower/naps

monday or tuesdays: dynamic effort bench

tuesday: max effort squat or max effort deadlift

thursday: max effort bench

friday or saturday: dynamic effort squat & deadlift


recovery: i take alot of supplements that I fell help me with my recovery... i have done contrast showers before... i have an inversion table.... will do some mobility work and stretching on off days at times

Tues: back bis
Wed: legs
Thurs: shoulders tris
Fri: back bis
Sat: Legs
Sun: OFF

pretty much a push/pull/leg split

recovery: foam roll, contrast shower, stretching, sleep, eat. Try to get a deep tissue massage and maybe with a happy ending hahah jus joke

--Chest
--Legs
--Off
--Shoulders
--Back & Traps
--Off
..But I change it a lot.

Recovery...is easy. I sit on my butt all day do I get a lot of rest. I drink plenty of water and always get good sleep.

Current Routine

Monday- Dynamic Effort Day: Squat/Bench Press/Deadlift all for speed against bands
Wednesday- Max Effort: Narrow Grip Bench Press/ Competition Bench Press
Friday- Max Effort: Squat/Deadlift

For recovery: EXTRA SLEEP DAYS were I get 3-6 hours more sleep than normal.
Contrast showers: Hot/Cold/Hot/Cold, etc...
Foam rolling, light stretching, etc...
Mega load on Glutamine and Fish/Flaxseed Oil
R.I.C.E- Rest Ice Compression and Elevation
