Default Reverse Band Training and my Ceiling

I'm thinking about getting some bands to use for reverse band training for squats, deadlifts and bench. My ceiling is about 7 feet tall, so I would have to make an attachment to the rafters, which isn't a big deal.

Any suggestions of what bands I should start with?

And whether deadlifting and benching with bands that stretch 5-6 feet would work? I assume so, but I wanted to check.

Safest way to go for reverse bands is average band or a heavy/strong band I would think. You can always "choke the band" where you loop it through itself.

I just did reverse bands with a light band and it barely gives any real support. Ehuubs would prob be best to chime in, or ask since he is my mentor on BAND TRAINING!
