These are a few different pics back and chest ill use this as my official progress thread. they dont look to good from a phone camera lol i had my head turned on the back pic it took out most the flex

yes man definetly i see it everyday and everyday i get a comment on how much bigger ive gotten so its great

wish i had some before photos but it will be 6 months until show anyway i got plenty time

How much did you say you weigh Coop?

just weighed about an hour ago 189 thought it was 192 it was 192 3 days ago

Right now I think if you try to cut, it will do more harm than good. My recommendation is to add at least another 10 pounds of muscle before you do anything. If you stay persistent in the gym and with your eating, you could add 10 pounds by April-May-June.

At that point, it would be a good time to re-assess your situation and think about competing. I hope you can respect me for being honest. You've made some good progress, but I think it would be good to stay the course for 6 months.

Use your age and motivation and keep bringing it to the gym. Take a look at guys like Big55 who are only a few years older than you.

In my opinion it's better to spend as much time as possible building a muscle base. Then you will have decades to compete.

Another 10 pounds of muscle would completely change your physique. And it's your for the taking. By this time next year you could be ready to rock.
