Default I have lower back pain

It never ceases to amaze me how many people pull out the "lower back pain" card when recommended front squats, deadlifts, squats, RDLs ETC.

Lower back pain is the reason you should be squatting and doing SLDL's.

A lot of the time when people complain of being in pain it is because they are so badly out of shape. Get yer ass off the couch, and do some exercise and you will be amazed at how much better you feel.

I also like this one a lot.

The harder I work the better my genetics become.


Having said that. I have spent the morning rearranging my workout space for my new program. I'm ready to thrash my own butt on my equipment!

I know several people with lower back issues, and I;m quite certain that many of these issues come from sitting too much.

Nothing against folks with real injuries. But definitely a lot of convenience injuries out there.

man there's still muscle pain in my back and i did some squat assasination this mornin and i do deads monday, ur right guys about the sitting on the ass it will hurt the back mostly because sitting on an unlevel plane such as the bed with bad posture

Thats just a reason for not doing hard work. I use to tell people to get the **** out of my face and go over and play with the other little girls in the cardio area whenever i hear that argument. That usually shuts them up.

I have lower back pain all the time, usually about twice a week. The day after I squat heavy as hell and the day after I deadlift heavy as hell.

I had spine surgery as a result of improper squatting and dead lifting.

How did I recover?

PROPER squatting and dead lifting (and I did both heavier AFTER surgery than I had BEFORE surgery!).
