I have to bite my tounge when I get them guys in the gym that talk smart about lifting for years, brage up there brand of sups, and rutein try to get me to switch over, then they go fight with squating with 25 or 35 lb plate on each side for 5-8 reps, or do a Bb press with 30lbs per side and barely get 1 rep out.
I love to follow them with there max weight as my warm up set. lol
Worse single advise. A suposably trainer for W/C class recomended a diet of 200 pro. 1000 carbs and 40 fat. Ya right, seditary under 150 lb guy? Ya no better way of putting on major fat in a week, end of months apply to play Michalin Man.
This is why I have my very trusted personel advisores. To many all hype jerks out there.
