I'm Not Gaining Weight
When someone is not gaining weight, I will ask the following questions (generally because I know they won't know):
1) How many calories and grams of protein are you eating per day?
2) Are you pushing yourself on every set for more reps and weight when possible?
95% of the time the answers are:
1) I don't know. I just eat healthy.
