Another piece to add, Find what carbs make YOU full or fill-up, I can eat oatmeal, rice, rice cakes, grapefruit all day, but when I eat a sweet potato I blow up. This is important to find early so if you attempt to carb-up before the show or are cycling carbs during your peak week you know which ones to rely on when you need to look your best.

My rear lat spread is the worst. I can nail it but I strain myself when holding it too long.

Being your first show practice posing for a 1/2 to 1 hour a day if you can. With holding a pose for 30-60 seconds. This will help out so many things and will also help you look like you have been on stage before. It will also get your muscle groups used to the strain of the force held flex.

high amounts of volume will help condition you for long strain periods also. you need to practice until it is second nature to you then practice more. and once you think you have it nailed down.........guess what keep practicing.
