Front squats and upper back
 
My upper back is sore today from a single 135x13 set of front squats.

Hit it hard PCT. For some reason I can crush heavy singles but I fail at high rep sets with low weight. Guess I need to work on them more.

though to keep upright after some many probally... i do do more than 8 reps with them lol
